We are open !
McNaughton Physiogrange is delighted to say that we can now offer appointments in our clinic as well as by telephone or online.
However, coronavirus means that we are working differently to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff by complying with the current health professions and government advice. Please telephone the clinic or use the online system to book an initial short telephone screening appointment with one of our physiotherapists. Click here to see details of our current working practices.
To reduce face-to-face contact time, anyone who would like an appointment will be screened by phone first. A physio will discuss your problem history and health issues to determine the best course of treatment for you prior to booking an appointment either via telehealth or in the clinic. It is for this reason that our online booking service is available for initial screening only.
In the clinic, our staff will all be wearing PPE including mask, visor, gloves and apron. We now follow enhanced infection control procedures. This means that the treatment rooms are cleaned between patients, we operate a one-way system in and out of the building and all soft furnishings have been removed. Additionally, there are fewer people in the clinic at any given time and we ask that you arrive for your appointment “just in time” and wait outside until called in.
We are delighted to be getting back to work but take health and safety of our patients, staff and visitors very seriously. If you have any questions about what we do and why, please ask.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
